Neutron Man has never been sighted out of costume, so nothing is known about his true appearance apart from his skin tone. While working, Neutron Man wears a blue and white bodysuit with a high collar and a white full mask.
Little is known about the paranormal criminal known as Neutron Man. He first appeared in the service of Anteus and was instrumental in the capture and unmasking of MasterBlast. Neutron Man was also on hand during the epic battle with the Sentries that left both Anteus and Tempest dead and the Watchtower and Univox’s armor destroyed. Neutron Man was apprehended by the Sentries but escaped police custody before his could be unmasked.
After Anteus’ death, Neutron Man went on to a stint as an independent contractor. Over the years he has operated as an enforcer, hit man, and bodyguard for various criminal governments and even rogue heads of state. Neutron Man regularly heads the FBI’s Most Wanted Fugitive list,
but despite being defeated by paranormal heroes on several occasions he has always eluded capture.
Neutron Man returned to Anteus’ service when the paranormal mastermind was reborn in a cloned body. However, since Anteus received his presidential pardon Neutron Man has kept a low profile. If he is still alive and active, he is likely operating out of costume on more subtle missions. His current whereabouts are unknown.
|POWERS & ABILITIES|
Neutron Man can absorb any form of energy and channel it to generate several effects including flight, power blasts, and self-regeneration. Neutron Man’s most infamous ability is his teleportation power, which he has used time and again to escape custody.
|PERSONALITY & TACTICS|
Neutron Man is all business while engaged with the enemy. He talks as little as possible to avoid giving away any hints to his real identity.
In combat, Neutron Man relies on hit and run tactics. He prefers to focus on energy projectors in order to build up an Absorption reserve which he can use to teleport away if the battle goes against him. He will then heal up and return to the fight. Neutron Man has worn down and defeated opponents far more powerful than himself in this way.
